Welcome to the Eastern Illinois Area Special Education Online Registration System.


First time user/creating account: Your primary e-mail address will be your user name. Your password will be one that you set yourself. It is helpful if you write this information down for future use. Please make sure you indicate your District and Building when setting up your account and that you type your full e-mail address exactly as it should appear to prevent errors receiving confirmation and reminder e-mails.

Change of Email Account/Update Personal Information: Please continually keep your job title, school district, etc up to date with accurate information because this is what is used if there is a charge to the workshop. Remember if you change school districts or your school changes email addresses, DO NOT create a new account log in with your old email address and then update your email information. Your new email will become your new log in. If you cannot remember your password and need to reset it, please see below for password reset.

How do I register for a workshop? In order to register for a workshop, you MUST have an account. After logging in, select the workshop and complete all of the steps of the registration process. After registering successfully for a workshop, you will immediately receive an e-mail confirmation. You will also receive a reminder e-mail approximately seven days before the workshop.

What if I forget my password? If you forget your password, click here. Enter your e-mail address, first name and last name. Then an e-mail with a link to reset your password will immediately be sent. After clicking the link, you should be able to reset your password. You may also call us to reset your password at (217) 348-7700, ext 1206 or (217) 348-0151.

How do I get my CPDU? You MUST sign in on the sign-in sheet given to you at the workshop, in order for your attendance to be entered in the system to generate a CPDU. You now have the option to print and/or save your CPDU! Go to your Workshop History (left hand column). The options to print and save are on the right-hand side of each workshop. You may see $$ listed here we do not use this sytem for billing. Therefore, it may indicate that you owe money, but in fact do not.

What if I need to cancel my registration? The user interface does not allow you to cancel your registration. Should you need to cancel, please call DeLaine Gossard at (217) 348-7700 ext. 1206 or email her at

There is a 24 hours advance notice (writing, email or by phone) to cancel your registration. If cancellation has not been received within 24 hours, the district will be billed.
